Sport Experience
* I grew up playing many sports, primarily: basketball, wrestling, baseball, football, track and field, and golf.
* In high school I focused on wrestling and football for my competitive outlets. During this time I was always lifting weights to prepare myself for these sports.
* During my undergraduate studies (1997-2001) I spent a lot of time in the weightroom lifting to see how hard I could make it, but I did not have a competitive outlet during this time.
* I dabbled in triathlon in 2001 before getting into cycling in 2002. I have ben focused on training for bike racing and bike racing for fun.
